Challenges
- Multicloud connectivity: Majid Al Futtaim had migrated their applications to Azure and AWS data centres in Europe and wanted to connect two data centres
- High cost of multicloud connectivity: They needed a cost-effective solution to connect their data centres in the UAE to Cloud providers in Europe
- Connectivity limitations between data centers: They also required apps in the Azure data centre to connect to applications in the AWS data centre. This particular connection isn’t possible with the incumbent suppliers. The only option available was a connection back to the data centre in the UAE and then another out again to the second data centre, also known as hairpinning.
